About the Exhibition
This special Members Exhibition of Indiana Artists Club is a showcase for Indiana’s finest working artists. Media includes painting, watercolor, pastel, printmaking, drawing, sculpture, photography, and textiles.
The exhibition will be held at the Eiteljorg Museum Community Gallery in Indianapolis, Indiana and is open to all members of the Indianapolis Artists Club. This exhibition is not juried or judged for awards. Space is limited to the first 65 entries.
All IN/A Artist Members may submit ONE 2-D piece or ONE 3-D piece.
Digital reproductions, jewelry, functional ceramics, installations, or videos will not be accepted.

Requirements for Entering
Entry Fees
Membership Dues: $45 annual dues must be current.
You can renew your 2026 membership dues when you enter the exhibition. Select Entry + Member Dues under Membership in the entry form to pay $90 ($45 entry fee + $45 membership dues).
Entry Specifications
- Please submit work that has been created within the last three years.
- 2-D artists may enter ONE painting, print, photo, collage or mixed media.
- 2-D work must not exceed 30” high x 36” wide”, including frame.
- 2-D work must be delivered ready to hang with flat hangers and wire. No saw-tooth hangers.
- Paintings must be framed or have gallery-wrapped canvas with finished edges. Wet paintings will not be accepted.
- Acrylic ONLY on prints, photos, and mixed media. Glass ONLY on pastels and drawings.
- NO metal frames.
- Limited edition photographs and prints must be numbered, matted, and framed.
- 3-D artists may enter ONE sculptural work.
- 3-D work may not exceed 32” wide x 32” deep or exceed 50 lbs.

Terms and Conditions
The appropriateness of any work in the exhibition will be left to the discretion of the IN/A and The Eiteljorg Museum. It is not the intent to censor work; we are sensitive to the issue of free artistic expression and will address any controversy with the artist in writing.
All work must be the artist’s original design and creation. Do not submit works that violate copyright laws, are computer generated or not of your own initiation.
Image and Filename Specifications
- File Format: Submit original, high-quality JPEG image files. Other formats (e.g., PNG, TIFF) are not accepted.
- Crop Your Image: Ensure only the artwork itself is visible in the image. Do not show any visible matting, frames, or background distractions.
- Orientation: Make sure your image is oriented correctly (right side up) so that the artwork appears in its intended viewing direction.
- Image Size: You do not need to resize your image files before uploading. The system will automatically resize them. Smaller images cannot be enlarged to meet the requirements, so ensure your images are high resolution before uploading.
- File Names: You do not need to rename your files before uploading them. The system will handle any file naming requirements.
- File Size: There is a 30mb maximum file size limit. Larger image files will take longer to upload and process.
Additional Entry Information
- You will pay for your entry by credit or debit card using our secure checkout system.
- After your entry is submitted and paid for, you may log back in to review your entry, edit artist and image information, and substitute your image up until the entry deadline (April 10, 2026.)
- Entry fees are not refundable and must be submitted and paid by the entry deadline.
- Entries cannot be accepted or changed after the deadline. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.
