About Susannah

In 2012, artist Susannah Kelly co-founded Antler & Talon Galleries in Portland, Oregon. For more than a decade she was a pillar of the art scene in the city and beyond, helping artists develop their careers as well as bringing them together as a community within the spaces she lovingly built and curated.

In the summer of 2023, Susannah passed away. It was both sudden and devastating to everyone who loved her.

As we move forward, we hope to honor her beautiful spirit and continue her legacy of providing a platform for emerging artists through The Susannah Kelly Art Award.

Susannah’s husband and gallery partner, Neil Perry, along with Annie Owens and Attaboy of Hi-Fructose Magazine invite you to submit your work for consideration in one of three categories: Drawing, Painting and Sculpture.
