By submitting, Artist agrees:
- Artist will be bound by additional terms imposed by online submission service and Venue, including any cost and/or commission terms.
- Artist is the owner and creator of the original artwork being submitted, both as to the artwork's physical manifestation and the copyright of artwork.
- Artist accepts full responsibility for any casualty of any kind while the work is included in an exhibition.
- Nevertheless, for the purpose of this agreement, Artist agrees that the stated value of the artwork shall be One U.S. Dollar (1USD, $1), in the event of any loss or damage to the piece of artwork.
- Work may not be included if it fails to meet professional presentation standards (as determined by the Exhibitions Committee or Venue).
In case of the latter- after the exhibition ends- NAWA and/or NAWAPA will request permission to use images for promotion in NAWA/NAWAPA publications. Use of images by the Venue will be determined by the agreement between the Artist and the Venue.
Work is to be available for sale at the price listed when submitted.
