Exhibition Requirements
- Open to all SAA members whose dues are current as of 2026.
If in doubt, confirm with the office, [email protected], that you are in good standing with your dues before submitting. After the deadline, it is too late to pay dues to stay eligible for the show.
Please note, you should pay your 2027 dues before the start of the exhibition. The date noted above is because of the deadline in 2026. - Artists may submit up to three entries.
- Subject matter is limited to North American wildlife!
- The jury will be accepting 40 - 2D and 20 - 3D pieces for the exhibition.
- Each participating artist is Required to enclose a direct-billed return label Inside their crate, where it can be easily found. Artists should email a copy of the inbound and return paperwork to the SAA office. The SAA will no longer actively track all of this, so those who do not enclose a label should expect delays with returning their work. Those who do not respond to SAA emails risk forfeiture of their work at the close of the exhibition. (Freight and international shipments will provide necessary paperwork before the close of the exhibition, coordinating with the SAA Executive Director)
ALSO NOTE: Sadly, tariffs are now to be expected and will be the responsibility of international artists submitting to the show. The SAA is dismayed that this is the case, but the Society is unable to shoulder the financial burden of all the potential fees. - Associates juried into the show will receive a ½ point, which will count towards their Signature promotion.
- Submission to any SAA show is a commitment to participate. Artists withdrawing their work will be subject to a 2-year penalty, during which they will be unable to enter any SAA exhibitions.
