The Rochester Art Club 2025 All Members Fall Exhibition will open at Barnes & Noble upstairs Community Room, 3349 Monroe Ave, Rochester, NY 14618 on Sunday, November 1, 2026.

Entry Fee
- Up to 4 pieces may be submitted.
- A non-refundable entry fee of $30 per artist is required, which covers 1 to 4 entries.
- This entry fee is paid via credit or debit card through ShowSubmit.com. In your digital image, show only the artwork, no frame.
Rules of Entry
- This show is open to all RAC members.
- All entrants must be a member in good standing at the time of entry.
- Entries must have been created within the last two years and may not have been shown at any previous RAC show or other juried show in Monroe County.
- All aspects of the entry must be the artist’s original work including subject, photography, composition, drawing, and painting. No AI assistance may be used.
- Entries may not be produced in any instructional class or workshop, or under the paid mentorship of another artist.
- No diptych or triptych paintings, mechanical reproductions, photography, crafts, or computer generated art.
- 3-D art is acceptable for this show IF it can hang on the wall. No pedestals
- Nudes are NOT acceptable for this show.
- All paintings must be dry, securely framed or gallery wrapped and supported by picture wire only. Sawtooth hangers are NOT allowed.
Please make sure that your wire ends are covered with tape to prevent injuries to the hanging committee. - Fill out and attach labels on the last page of the prospectus (download below).
New Guidelines for Allowed Size
Artists are encouraged to submit up to FOUR paintings, provided your work complies with a maximum additive dimension of 100”, meaning your length plus width of all your painting(s).
For example - a 16”x20” unframed canvas equals 36” - plus a 24”x36”framed painting equals 60”. 36” plus 60” equals 96” therefore, this artist would be allowed to submit 2 paintings.
The Rochester Art Club reserves the right to refuse artwork that does not meet these guidelines. It is every member’s responsibility to note important drop off and pick up dates and times and to find another member or friend or family member to drop off or pick up at set times if they are unavailable. No exceptions.

Kari Ganoung Ruiz
Kari Ganoung Ruiz was raised at the edge of The Finger Lakes National Forest in New York State, setting the stage for her deep connection to the natural landscape. After receiving a a Bachelor of Science in Fine Art from Ashland University in Ohio, she worked as a faux finisher, muralist, and owned a picture framing studio and boutique gallery with her husband Diego; a stereo photographer, wood, and glass artist.
Kari became a full time plein air painter in 2014, focusing on working in oil outside from life. She now travels the country capturing the landscape as she experiences it.
“I look for opportunities to capture transitional moments and spaces - for instance the time between night and day, calm and storm, or moving from shadowy areas out to the light. This means I'm out either super late or super early, and has led to many interesting encounters with nature. Whether having a stare down with a wolf in Yellowstone, rolling down the palm tree and sea grape lined A1A in Florida, or sleeping through a tornado in Missouri… it’s always an adventure!”
Recent awards include:

Kari’s work is held in public and private collections across the United States, most recently added to the collections of the Bureau of Land Management in Colorado and The City of Gloucester in Massachusetts.
Sales
Work may be for sale; NFS is allowed.
All sales of paintings are to be handled by the artist. The artist’s email addresses will be listed on the program, but price listings are not allowed at Barnes & Noble. There is no commission payable to Barnes & Noble.
All artwork must remain on exhibit until the end of the show. This means artwork MAY NOT be picked up BEFORE the pickup time or AFTER the pickup time on Monday, November 30, 2026!

The Rochester Art Club does not anticipate damage or theft, however, neither Barnes & Noble or the Rochester Art Club is liable for loss, damage, or theft of art works during any phase of this exhibit.
The artist grants permission to reproduce work for digital publicity purposes. Copyright will be attributed to the artist. Entry in to this exhibition constitutes agreement with all conditions set forth in the prospectus and entry form and is your commitments to participation.

Image and Filename Specifications
- File Format: Submit original, high-quality JPEG image files. Other formats (e.g., PNG, TIFF) are not accepted.
- Crop Your Image: Ensure only the artwork itself is visible in the image. Do not show any visible matting, frames, or background distractions.
- Orientation: Make sure your image is oriented correctly (right side up) so that the artwork appears in its intended viewing direction.
- Image Size: You do not need to resize your image files before uploading. The system will automatically resize them. Smaller images cannot be enlarged to meet the requirements, so ensure your images are high resolution before uploading.
- File Names: You do not need to rename your files before uploading them. The system will handle any file naming requirements.
- File Size: There is a 30MB maximum file size limit. Larger image files will take longer to upload and process.
Additional Entry Information
- You will pay for your entry by credit or debit card using our secure checkout system.
- After your entry is submitted and paid for, you may log back in to review your entry, edit artist and image information, and add or substitute images up until the entry deadline (October 5, 2026.)
- Entry fees are not refundable and must be submitted and paid by the entry deadline.
- Entries cannot be accepted or changed after the deadline. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.
Notifications Are Posted in Your Account
Results will be posted in your ShowSubmit account by the end of the day on October 23, 2026. You will also receive an email.
