This is a juried exhibit. AAWS seeks a cohesive body of work or collection from each artist. Artists may submit up to 15 pieces of their work for consideration. Oliver Home Furnishings will select exhibiting artists.
Before entering, please visit the Oliver Home Furnishings website and check their aesthetic. Is your artwork complementary to their design style? Oliver Home Furnishings will carefully select specific color pallets and artwork sizes that complement each room display. In addition, Oliver Home Furnishing suggests that no artwork exceeds $3,000 in sales price.

Entry Fees
- All artists may submit up to 15 artworks.
- AAWS Members: $30 for the first 6 entries, and $5 for each entry after that.
You must be up-to-date on your yearly dues. If you have questions about your membership, email camryn@associatedartists.org - Non-members: $40 for the first 6 entries, and $5 for each entry after that.

Entry Requirements
- We are looking for a cohesive body of work or collections.
- Artists may submit for consideration up to 15 pieces of their work.
- No piece may exceed 72 inches horizontally or 60 inches vertically, including frame, or 50 pounds in weight.
- All 2-dimensional works must be finished in a professional manner, be wired, and ready to hang.
- No “alligator” type hangers.
- Unframed canvases must have no visible staples showing and sides must be painted.
- Canvases with wet paint will not be accepted.
- Works on paper should be protected by glass or Plexiglass.
- Improperly presented work will not be accepted.
- All types of 2D fine art media are accepted.
- 3D work may be considered if it can be hung securely on the wall and will be subject to approval.
- Printed reproductions of paintings or drawings will not be accepted.
- Hand-pulled prints, original digital prints, and photographs are all acceptable.
- No AI will be accepted.
- All work must be an original idea and created by the Artist.
Sales
An insured value must be declared.
Virtual Gallery/Promotional Images
- Submit photos that are representative of your best work. The images you submit will be used to judge your acceptance in this show. If your work is behind glass, please remove it in order to photograph the image with no reflection.
- Crop your images to show only the image with NO frame.
- AAWS reserves the right to use these photos for promotional purposes and display them online in the Virtual Gallery.

Additional Notification Information
Notifications will be emailed and posted in your ShowSubmit account by the end of the day on April 17, 2025.
You may view the notification in your ShowSubmit account by logging in and clicking tapping the Notifications at the top right of the screen, or in your Entry History.
If you do not receive your email, login and view the notification in your account. We cannot respond to inquiries regarding the status of notifications.
Note: Entries made prior to 2023 may not display the View Notification link.
Image and Filename Specifications
- File Format: Submit original, high-quality JPEG image files. Other formats (e.g., PNG, TIFF) are not accepted.
- Crop Your Image: Ensure only the artwork itself is visible in the image. Do not show any visible matting, frames, or background distractions.
- Orientation: Make sure your image is oriented correctly (right side up) so that the artwork appears in its intended viewing direction.
- Image Size: You do not need to resize your image files before uploading. The system will automatically resize them. Smaller images cannot be enlarged to meet the requirements, so ensure your images are high resolution before uploading.
- File Names: You do not need to rename your files before uploading them. The system will handle any file naming requirements.
- File Size: There is a 30mb maximum file size limit. Larger image files will take longer to upload and process.
Additional Entry Information
- You will pay for your entry by credit or debit card using our secure checkout system.
- After your entry is submitted and paid for, you may log back in to review your entry, edit artist and image information, and add or substitute images up until the entry deadline (April 14, 2025.)
- Entry fees are not refundable and must be submitted and paid by the entry deadline.
- Entries cannot be accepted or changed after the deadline. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.
