Village of Evendale

2026 Evendale Juried Photography Exhibition

Reflections Through Time

Evendale Cultural Arts Center

September 13 – December 31, 2026

Deadline is August 14th. 8 weeks left to enter.

About the Exhibition

As the Village of Evendale celebrates its 75th Anniversary, photographers are invited to explore the ways images connect us across generations.

Reflections Through Time seeks photographs that examine memory, history, change, identity, and the stories that shape our communities and lives. Whether personal or universal, documentary or conceptual, photographers are encouraged to consider how images help us understand where we have been and where we are going.

Reflections Through Time is part of the 2026 FotoFocus Biennial and celebrates the 75th Anniversary of the Village of Evendale.

Selected photographs will be reproduced on large-scale 4-foot by 4-foot weatherproof panels and displayed outdoors along the Village of Evendale pool fence as part of a free public exhibition viewed by thousands of visitors and passersby.

Possible interpretations include:
  • Memory and personal history
  • Community and cultural heritage
  • Transformation and change
  • Family traditions and milestones
  • Historic places and evolving landscapes
  • Aging, growth, and resilience
  • Reflections on the future
  • Creative explorations of time, distance, and perspective
Approximately 90–100 photographs will be selected for exhibition.

Juror Statement
"It is a photographer's hope that their image lingers with the audience.
