Boats, Barns and Beaches!

Mayton Hallways Exhibition Spring 2027

Cary, NC

January 11 – May 3, 2027

Deadline is December 21st. 8 weeks left to enter.

About the Exhibition

Let’s celebrate North Carolina! It’s time for the next Mayton exhibition on the second and third floors, and let’s bring the beauty of our state to those hallways for all to experience. From sailboats bobbing on crystalline lakes, to sturdy red roofed barns amid rolls of golden haybales, to sandy windswept beaches under gorgeous blue skies, bring your love of this wonderful place to your artwork. Anything that says “this is our home” is what we want to see expressed with your paint, pastels, watercolors, photographs, pen and ink, pencils, yarn or mixed media materials. What do you want people to know about this great state? What does North Carolina mean to you? Show it!

Member artists of the Fine Arts League of Cary may submit up to four works. A panel of at least three jurors will select the exhibiting artwork in a blind selection process. At least one artwork will be selected for the exhibition from each submitting artist, space permitting. A waitlist will be generated.
