  • All entries must be for sale.
  • All entries must have been completed within the last four years and not previously shown in any Lacombe Art Guild show. (The Lafitte Street Market and the Quarterly Artist displays at Lakeview are not considered shows; art displayed at these venues may be eligible for show entry.)

  • Three-dimensional work on a pedestal is limited to a weight of 50 pounds, and the artist must provide the pedestal. Smaller pieces which are designed to hang on a wall, and which are not too heavy for our panels, are acceptable.
  • All artwork must remain on exhibit until the conclusion of the show.
  • Artwork MUST be picked up AT THE SPECIFIED PICK-UP TIME SHOWN ABOVE. NO EARLY PICK-UPS are allowed! If you cannot meet this deadline, please arrange for someone to pick up your artwork. Artwork not picked up will become the property of Lacombe Art Guild.
  • The Lacombe Art Guild Show Committee will have the final decision regarding whether artwork meets the above requirements and will be accepted into the show. No refunds will be given for art that is not accepted.
  • Lacombe Art Guild has the right to use and display photos of any artwork submitted for entry in promotional materials, such as on the LAG website, posters, flyers, emails, Facebook, Instagram, and the like.
