Use of Proceeds

All proceeds from entry fees support Red Rock’s in-person community engagement initiatives, including free children’s pastel workshops and public art programming held during the “Green” exhibition period in Sevierville, Tennessee. These events expand access to pastel education and strengthen the connection between artists and the local community.

Sales

All in-person works must be for sale. Sales will be managed by Alpha Voyage Gallery (70% to artist / 30% gallery commission).

In addition to in-person representation works will be published on Red Rock and Alpha Voyage Websites.

In-Person Events

Community programs and artist gatherings will take place March 10–14, 2026, in Sevierville, Tennessee.

As part of Red Rock’s commitment to arts education, free children’s pastel workshops will be held during the exhibition period. These charitable events introduce young participants to pastel art and engage the local community in the creative process.

Image and Catalog Requirements

Submit high-quality images with your entry. Do not resize or rename files.
If selected, be prepared to provide a high-resolution file for print catalog use.

By entering, artists grant RRPSNV permission to reproduce accepted works for promotional and archival purposes.

Catalog and Awards Publication

A printed catalog featuring all accepted works will be produced prior to the exhibition. To preserve the integrity of on-site judging, awards will not be listed in the catalog. Award results will be announced during the Awards Reception on March 13, 2026, and later published in a separate printed and digital addendum following the event.

Accepted artists will receive detailed instructions for shipping and return.
