  • The decision of the Art Committee is final as to the selection and placement of work. Accepted work will remain at the club until exhibition’s close.
  • Out-of-town artists may ship directly to the Club. Write the name of the exhibition on the outside of the package. Artists who do not utilize Air Float boxes will incur a $35 unpacking/packing charge.
  • Artists who ship their work must include a return shipping slip.
  • All artists utilizing works under glass must use plexi-glass to avoid breakage.
  • Works must be removed immediately after the exhibition closes. Out-of-town works will be returned ONLY at the artist’s request and expense.
Submissions not adhering to the above guidelines may be omitted from the exhibition.

Marketing and Sales

We encourage all artists to notify collectors of the presence of their work in the Auctions. Successful strategies have included Instagram posting, mailings to customers with an image(s) of the Auction work(s) emails including an image informing clients and collectors of the upcoming Auctions and dates, and personal notes about the Auctions—again containing an image or two of work included in the Auction sales. Members who have done this have had much more success than those who have not.
