Entry Fees
- Must be a current Associate member of Allied Artists of America.
- Each Associate is eligible to submit one entry to this exhibition.
- There is a nominal cost of $25.
Jury of Awards
Eligibility
- Open to current Associate members of Allied Artists of America.
- Elected members cannot participate, this is an Associate-only show.
- Original 2 dimensional original artwork in oil, watercolor, pastel, acrylic, graphic, mixed media and sculpture.
- Work must fall into the specified categories.
- No photography or digital art.
- Works do not have to be for sale, No POR (Price upon request)
Sales
Awards
- Ten (10) participating Associates will win elected membership in Allied Artists of America.
- One Grand Prize will be awarded.
- The Grand Prize winner will be invited to exhibit their work at The Butler Institute of American Art for the "111th Exhibition", as the "Grand Prize Winner" for the 2024 Associate Online show.
- The Grand Prize winner will also be included jury and fee free in the juried 111th exhibition, 2024 Annual Online exhibition (on the Allied Artists of America website) and will be eligible for awards.
- The Grand Prize winner will also receive a free Member's Gallery page on our website (which is permanent and free of annual charge).
Agreement of Entry and Liability
- All accepted works and award winners will be displayed on the AAA website: alliedartistsofamerica.org and/or the ShowSubmit website: showsubmit.com/galleries.
- Entries cannot be revised after the submission deadline
- Associate dues must be paid by the submission deadline
- Elected members cannot participate, this is an Associate-only show
- Work must fall into the specified categories. No photography or digital work.
- By submitting work, you agree to have your work featured in advertising and social media. Any features will be credited to the artist.
Questions
Image and Filename Specifications
- File Format: Submit original, high-quality JPEG image files. Other formats (e.g., PNG, TIFF) are not accepted.
- Crop Your Image: Ensure only the artwork itself is visible in the image. Do not show any visible matting, frames, or background distractions.
- Orientation: Make sure your image is oriented correctly (right side up) so that the artwork appears in its intended viewing direction.
- Image Size: You do not need to resize your image files before uploading. The system will automatically resize them. Smaller images cannot be enlarged to meet the requirements, so ensure your images are high resolution before uploading.
- File Names: You do not need to rename your files before uploading them. The system will handle any file naming requirements.
- File Size: There is a 30mb maximum file size limit. Larger image files will take longer to upload and process.
Additional Entry Information
- You will pay for your entry by credit or debit card using our secure checkout system.
- After your entry is submitted and paid for, you may log back in to review your entry, edit artist and image information, and substitute your image up until the entry deadline (March 7, 2024.)
- Entry fees are not refundable and must be submitted and paid by the entry deadline.
- Entries cannot be accepted or changed after the deadline. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.
