You are cordially invited to Catharine Lorillard Wolfe Art Club’s Members’ and Associates’ Online Exhibition. We are pleased to announce cash prizes totaling $1500 will be offered. Artwork will be selected and juried for awards by Debra Nadelhoffer, a signature member of Oil Painters of America, American Impressionist Society, American Society of Marine Artists and South East Pastel Society.
Established in 1896, CLWAC remains committed to providing exhibition opportunities for women artists. CLWAC members are represented in museums, corporate and private collections and galleries worldwide.

- Juried Members: 1 submission: $25, 2 submissions: $35

Entry fees are non-refundable.
Eligibility
- Only Members and Associates in good standing over the age of 18 are eligible to enter this show. You must be a current or new paid associate member prior to entering.
You may become an associate member on our site clwac.org/become-a-member - This exhibit will showcase the professional artistic talents of our Members and Associates. No work done in a classroom or workshop permitted.
- All entries are to be made online through ShowSubmit.com. No paper entries, email submission/entries or late entries will be allowed.
- Work previously shown in the Members’ Show will NOT be accepted. Work shown in the CLWAC Annual Juried show is acceptable.
- No mat, frame, or extraneous material should appear other than the painting or sculpture. Images not following these guidelines will be rejected and no refunds made.
- Acceptance into this exhibit is not guaranteed.
- A maximum of 2 works may be submitted
- There will be no size limit to work.
- Giclees, photography, computer generated images, crafts, work done under instruction or derived from published photographs are not eligible.
Members and Associates will be juried into this show only if you follow the rules.

Entries will be judged for awards in the categories shown below.
There will be 2 Awards in each of five categories, $200 First Place and $100 Second Place.

Sales
Work must be for sale; NFS is not allowed.
A 25% contribution from all sales will be accepted by CLWAC. Artists are responsible for sales tax and shipping of artwork.

Notifications will be emailed and posted in your ShowSubmit account by the end of the day on May 2, 2025.
You may view the notification in your ShowSubmit account by logging in and clicking tapping the Notifications at the top right of the screen, or in your Entry History.
If you do not receive your email, login and view the notification in your account. We cannot respond to inquiries regarding the status of notifications.

Image and Filename Specifications
- File Format: Submit original, high-quality JPEG image files. Other formats (e.g., PNG, TIFF) are not accepted.
- Crop Your Image: Ensure only the artwork itself is visible in the image. Do not show any visible matting, frames, or background distractions.
- Orientation: Make sure your image is oriented correctly (right side up) so that the artwork appears in its intended viewing direction.
- Image Size: You do not need to resize your image files before uploading. The system will automatically resize them. Smaller images cannot be enlarged to meet the requirements, so ensure your images are high resolution before uploading.
- File Names: You do not need to rename your files before uploading them. The system will handle any file naming requirements.
- File Size: There is a 30mb maximum file size limit. Larger image files will take longer to upload and process.
Additional Entry Information
- You will pay for your entry by credit or debit card using our secure checkout system.
- After your entry is submitted and paid for, you may log back in to review your entry, edit artist and image information, and add or substitute images up until the entry deadline (April 21, 2025.)
- Entry fees are not refundable and must be submitted and paid by the entry deadline.
- Entries cannot be accepted or changed after the deadline. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.
