- Medium: Most types of mediums are eligible: both 2D and 3D – drawing, painting, mixed media, printmaking, ceramics, sculpture, glass, textiles, furniture, etc. However, photography and digital art are not accepted.
- Works must not have been executed in class or under supervision of an instructor.
- Works painted from reference photos must be created using the artist’s own photographs, not from any other photo source. Do not submit works that violate copyright laws, or are computer generated. No use of AI in any way is allowed.

- Artwork that has won an award at ANY juried competition – either exhibited online or on location – is not accepted.
- The accuracy of all identification information is the responsibility of the entrant: applicant’s name, title of work, media, dimensions and sales price. It is important to check your grammar and spelling because this information will appear verbatim on gallery labels and in the official exhibition catalog. Consider the sale price, taking into account the cost of the frame.
- These items are considered final and not subject to change after the time of entry.
- Any artist who withdraws an entry after acceptance into the exhibition shall not be eligible to enter the Hoosier Art Salon Exhibit for the succeeding year.
