  • All artwork must have been created in the past 3 years (2022-2025) and not previously exhibited in a past PPS exhibition.
  • Accepted artwork must not be exhibited concurrently in another show.

  • Your work must not have been done under teacher supervision, either in a classroom, workshop or from ZOOM or DVD instruction.

Confirming Entries & Notification

Confirmation of your accepted piece(s) will be sent out on or about Friday, March 28, 2025. Note that email notification is made by ShowSubmit. Be sure ShowSubmit is in your contact list.

Sales

  • All sales will be made between the buyer and PPS. If there is interest in purchasing artwork, PPS will receive payment from the buyer. The artist will then receive payment minus commission of 25% within 2 weeks of the purchase date. Note that PPS will put the buyer in direct contact with the artist. The artist and the buyer will then work out the details of the delivery.
  • Your sale price should reflect framing, shipping, and 25% commission to PPS. Any change in the sale price, other than what is declared in your submission, should be approved by the exhibition committee.

Photo release

PPS reserves the right to reproduce accepted artwork for publicity purposes.
