Removing an entry

Once an entry has been started, it cannot be deleted.

Entries that are left Incomplete after the deadline has passed will not be included in the records moving forward. The hosting organization cannot see or access incomplete entries. 

For entries that have been completed, you may contact the hosting organization to request that they be withdrawn from consideration.

If withdrawn, you will automatically be sent the non-acceptance email notification when those are sent by the notification deadline.

You can add/remove/edit artworks or edit your entry any time up until the deadline. See Edit an Artwork or Edit an Entry under Related Articles below.


Entries cannot be accepted or changed after the deadline. Entry fees are non-refundable. Please see our Refund Policy.
