Trouble Uploading Your Image?
In rare cases, our system may have difficulty resizing an image, usually due to its very high resolution.

If you are seeing either of the following error messages, check your image to ensure it is no larger than 6000 pixels on its longest side and has a resolution of 300 DPI or lower.

Image failed to process. The image must be a JPG, less than 30mb. Please try resizing your image to no larger than 6000px on the longest side, and 300 dpi or less.


Uh oh! There seems to be an issue processing the image. Please make sure your image file is a JPG/JPEG, less than 30mb, no larger than 6000px on the longest side, and 300dpi or less. If the issue persists, please contact [email protected] and mention error #808.


If the above does not help, please try using a different browser, or using a phone/tablet to complete your entry.


Tip: You can log in on any device and your progress will be saved. You will not have to reenter your work.
