Awards Panel Process
If the exhibition includes awards, an additional Awards Panel can be utilized after the jury process is complete.
Key Steps for Awards Panels
- Initiating the Awards Panel
- The Show Chair opens the Awards Panel once the Selected Works have been finalized.
- Assigned award jurors receive an email notification with panel details and a login link.
- Award Selection
- Jurors review the Selected Works and assign awards based on the exhibitionâs criteria (e.g., Best in Show, Honorable Mention, etc.).
- Awards can be applied to specific works directly within the panel.
- Completion
Once awards are finalized, the Show Chair is notified, and the awards can be announced or integrated into the exhibition materials.
