Awards Panel Process

If the exhibition includes awards, an additional Awards Panel can be utilized after the jury process is complete.

Key Steps for Awards Panels
  1. Initiating the Awards Panel
    • The Show Chair opens the Awards Panel once the Selected Works have been finalized.
    • Assigned award jurors receive an email notification with panel details and a login link.
  2. Award Selection
    • Jurors review the Selected Works and assign awards based on the exhibition’s criteria (e.g., Best in Show, Honorable Mention, etc.).
    • Awards can be applied to specific works directly within the panel.
  3. Completion
    Once awards are finalized, the Show Chair is notified, and the awards can be announced or integrated into the exhibition materials.
