Jury Panel Process
For juried exhibitions, the ShowSubmit platform offers flexible jury panel that allows you to choose between multiple scoring methods and allows for a single juror or multiple jurors.
Jury Panel Process
The Jury Panel process allows jurors to review submissions and select works for the exhibition. The process may begin the first weekday after the submission deadline.

Jury Methods
- Accept/Decline Method
- Description: This is the most straightforward method, ideal for panels with a single juror.
- Juror Process: Jurors log in and mark each submission as either Accept or Decline.
- Completion: Once the juror has finished, the system processes the Accepted Works and notifies the Show Chair.
- Scoring Method
- Description: For panels with multiple jurors, scoring is used to evaluate works on a numerical scale.
- Options: Jurors can score works using one of the following scales:
1-5, 1-7, or 1-10 (Recommended for greater score variation and flexibility). - Juror Process: Each juror scores works independently within their individual Jury Panel.
- Selection Panel (For Multiple Jurors)
Once all jurors have completed their individual scoring:- A Selection Panel is opened for final review and decision-making.
- The Selection Panel can be managed by a Show Chair or Lead Juror (a juror designated as the lead).
- Features of the Selection Panel:
- Works can be filtered based on:
Minimum and maximum scores, Medium or Other relevant criteria. - Bulk selection tools allow for efficient management of submissions.
- Final works for the exhibition are marked as Selected.

Completion
After final selections are made, the system processes the Accepted Works, and the Show Chair is notified.
