Sign up your organization

To get started please use the link below to begin your organization setup. Get started

  1. To begin hosting calls for entry, we ask that you fill out a form to gather information about your organization, including, primary and secondary contact information, treasurer contact and mailing address, membership information, provide your logo, etc.

    Don't worry, this is only needed for the initial signup!

  2. Once the form is complete, you will be asked to pay the initial $125 show admin fee upfront. For all subsequent shows, this fee can be deducted at the end of the submission process with the other fees.

  3. Email the following to  [email protected]:
    1. Your prospectus in PDF format 
    2. An image of artwork (no text or graphics, artwork only)

We will take over from here and provide you with instructions and access to review and approve the page before it is listed publicly.

Entry deadlines and notification dates must fall on a weekday. This allows us to respond to any support emails in time for the deadline. Our support hours are between 9am and 6pm Eastern Time, Monday to Friday.
