Funds remitted to my organization

After the deadline, ShowSubmit will send an accounting statement PDF that outlines the total amount of entry fees collected, total ShowSubmit fees, total credit card fees and a final total due to your organization.

A check is mailed to the Treasurer on file within 30 days of the submission deadline.
