User roles explained
There are a few different user roles in ShowSubmit.
Artist Account
Each user account has the Artist Account level access. This allows the user to login and create submissions to calls for art.
Director Account
The highest level admin account assigned to Directors or Owners of an organization account in ShowSubmit. These users can view ALL calls, past and present, that exist for the Organization(s) they are assigned to. A Director can be assigned to more than one Organization.
Chair Account
The second level admin account assigned to Exhibition Chairs of a call in ShowSubmit. These users can only view calls, past and present, that they were assigned to. A Chair can be assigned to more than one Call by more than one Organization.
Juror Account
A role assigned to a user to allow them to access and score a jury panel. A Juror can be assigned to many jury panels.
Judge Account
A role assigned to a user to allow them to access and score an Awards Panel. A Judge can be assigned to many awards panels.
