Listing a call for entry
If you have not done so already, visit Get Started to get your organization signed up to use ShowSubmit.
- Email a PDF of your Prospectus AND an image of artwork (no text or graphics please) in JPG format to [email protected]. We will use the PDF and image to begin creating your show page. See this demo show page and how the image of artwork is used.Entry deadlines and notification dates must fall on a weekday. This allows us to respond to any support emails in time for the deadline. Our support hours are between 9am and 6pm Eastern Time, Monday to Friday.
- To access the ShowSubmit Control Panel as a Director or show Chair, you will need a ShowSubmit account. If you do not have an existing ShowSubmit Artist account, you can create an account.
- Once your show page is created, we will grant you admin access as a Director on the account and will send you an email when the show page (prospectus) is ready for you to review and approve.
